Ordering

Send your order to the Sales email address : sales@solarandstorage.com.au

A Proforma Invoice (PI) will then be sent to you for you to check and verify

Freight

If you send a bank remittance to us we will then request the warehouse to prepare goods for despatch

When payment is seen in our bank account then the goods are released to the courier

Yes, all shipments have a tracking number recorded

This information is normally sent to you when we receive booking confirmation from the courier

Yes, all shipments are insured to a value of $60,000 per shipment with an excess of $200 payable by the customer

Paying for goods

When payment is received into our account (generally overnight) the goods will be released

An invoice will be sent to you to verify that payment has been received
